Roy

Maintenance & Inspection Coordinator

“My name is Roy and I work as a Maintenance & Inspection Coordinator at Bakker Flow Services.

From a young age, I dreamed of becoming a baker, but eventually I ended up in the world of technical maintenance. I started my career as a maintenance technician, first in the workshop and later on-site. I then moved on to the position of pressure control coordinator.

Currently, I’m proud to serve as Coordinator Maintenance & Inspection, where I’m responsible for work preparation, workshop scheduling, and certificate management—both for our own equipment and for our clients.

My day starts nice and early, around 6:45 a.m., with a cup of coffee and processing certificates to ensure everything is up to date. What makes my work special is the diversity; no two days are the same. Whether it’s preparing a maintenance job or processing certificates, I’m involved in the entire process.

What I really appreciate is working with a great team. Together with my colleagues, we strive to make every aspect of the maintenance process a success. I get energy from planning maintenance, leading work meetings, and being the point of contact for my colleagues. Whether it’s work-related topics or just a good conversation, it’s fun to be part of our enthusiastic team with a shared passion for what we do.”
