“My name is Lars, and I am in charge of the Logistics Department at Bakker Flow Services. I started my career as a logistics assistant, and I have now been working as a Logistics Coordinator for several years.
I have a diverse background, with experience in various sectors such as construction, logistics, and oil and gas. Recently, I further developed my skills by completing a training program to become a Logistics Team Leader.
In my role as Logistics Coordinator, I’m responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of our logistics team. No two days are the same; my work is very varied. I start my day by going through emails and making sure my team is well-prepared to get to work. I also assign picking orders, resolve logistics issues, arrange transportation and cranes, and compare transportation rates.
